1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

These options include:

USPS Ground Advantage

*Packages delivered in 2-5 business days across the continental United States.

USPS Priority Mail

*Packages delivered in 1-3 business days across the continental United States.

USPS Priority Mail Express

*Fastest Option-Packages delivered in Next-Day to 2-Day. Delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Next-day delivery is available to most U.S. addresses, and PO Box addresses with a money-back guarantee.

 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. The estimated shipping times calculated at checkout are based on a 3 business-day processing time. This is the maximum amount of time I will take to process, and ship a order. I will process orders as soon as possible.  
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • You can review the shipping fees in your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase.

3. Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. The free shipping threshold may change without prior notice.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's status.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order is shipped.

5. International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and our customer support team for assistance.
